In 2020, I faced a reality that many find daunting: a potential diagnosis of PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome). Despite leading a healthy lifestyle, this news left me shocked, upset, and lost. It propelled me into an in-depth exploration of my hormones and menstrual cycle, confronting irregular cycles and the challenges of potentially having "mild PCOS."


By 2022, as I ventured into understanding how to optimize my health for conception, I found the advice available to be rudimentary at best—simple suggestions like taking prenatal vitamins and avoiding alcohol seemed insufficient. I was convinced there had to be more I could do. In October of the same year, I embarked on a comprehensive journey to enhance my health with the intention of conceiving in October 2023. I dove into holistic health practices, lifestyle adjustments, biohacking, refined my diet, and integrated specific, research-backed supplements with a singular focus.


Mild PCOS, a hemorrhagic cyst and irregular menstrual cycles...


I meticulously documented my process, creating a daily checklist of preconception health habits to post on my fridge. My research also emphasized the importance of optimizing men's health before conception, discovering that at least 90 days are needed to improve men's sperm quality and quantity. The research also showed this timeframe for optimizing women's egg quality, altering epigenetic expressions, detoxifying the body, and balancing hormones.


After thorough research and overcoming personal challenges, I designed Baby Steps to offer peace of mind and alleviate concerns about successfully conceiving a healthy baby in today's world.


This led to the creation of the Baby Steps Protocol—a 90-day plan my partner and I committed to rigorously before starting our journey to conceive. In July 2023, we embarked on this transformative journey together, embracing every habit with dedication.

Remarkably, after following the Baby Steps Protocol for 90 days, we began trying for our first baby in October 2023 and conceived on our very first attempt. This success came despite ongoing irregular menstrual cycles, a hemorrhagic cyst on my right ovary that year, and mild PCOS. 

Moreover, the protocol significantly improved my husband's sperm —tripling its count.


And today, as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Advanced Fertility Nutritional Advisor, I'm deeply committed to supporting others in enhancing their well-being and welcoming healthy children into the world


My aim is to provide a comprehensive, proactive solution, offering an alternative to the immediate resort to IVF or other interventions.
